Paul J. Game
Paul brings over 33 years of home building experience to the Gardens at Oxbow project. Paul J. Game Construction of Lewiston serves Niagara County as an independent home builder. Paul, and his entire team of sub-contractors, are committed to providing the highest quality construction and customer service for all of his clients.
William J. Game
William served the City of Niagara Falls engineering and fire departments for 27 years retiring as captain in 1985. He also owned and managed a Ziebart rust proofing franchise for 36 years retiring in 2003. In 2008 he built a home in The Gardens at Oxbow development where he and his wife currently reside.
George R. Grasser
George is retired from a 35-year statewide practice as a real estate development and condominium law attorney. In addition to his involvement in The Gardens at Oxbow, he is a real estate consultant and CEO of Partners for a Livable Western New York, a non-profit organization formed to improve land use and the built environment in Western New York communities. He was the co-chair of the Host Committee for the 2014 Congress for the New Urbanism that brought 1,355 people from 19 countries to Buffalo to engage with one another on how to create more livable communities. He is the recipient of numerous awards from State and local organizations for his efforts to improve local government, land use and the built environment.
