Led by three partners – Paul J. Game, William J. Game, and George R. Grasser – the Oxbow Development Corporation fulfills a shared vision to put the very best practices in community planning and architecture with their development of The Gardens at Oxbow.

Paul J. Game brings 30 years of home building experience to The Gardens at Oxbow project. Paul J. Game Construction of Lewiston serves Niagara County as an Independent Dealer for Integrity Homes of WNY. Paul Game, and his entire team of sub-contractors, are committed to providing the highest quality construction and customer service for all of his clients.
William Game served the City of Niagara Falls engineering and fire departments for 27 years retiring as Captain in 1985. He also owned and managed a Ziebart rust proofing franchise for 36 years retiring in 2003. In 2008 he built a home in The Gardens at Oxbow development where he and his wife Marcia currently reside.
George R. Grasser is retired from a 35-year statewide practice as a real estate development attorney. In addition to his present activities as a real estate developer and consultant, he is the president and chief executive of Partners for a Livable Western New York, a not-for-profit organization formed to improve land use and the built environment in Western New York communities. He is a frequent lecturer on zoning, land use, growth management, smart growth, new urbanism and the ethics of land use. His efforts to improve government, land use and the built environment have been recognized with awards from the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, the Western New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, the Erie County Environmental Management Council, the New York State League of Women Voters, the Buffalo-Niagara All-America City Committee, the Upstate New York Chapter of the American Planning Association and the Burchfield-Penney Art Center. |
